24-hour blood pressure monitoring with “Suntech” (U.S.) technology is a modern, convenient and effective way to accurately evaluate changes in blood pressure throughout the day — both at rest, in emotional stress situations or during exercise. The examination is done in your normal living environment without the need to stay in the clinic.

Unlike one-time blood pressure measurements, 24-hour monitoring allows you to get a detailed picture of your blood pressure rate at different times of day. This method allows the physician to determine:
- hidden hypertension (when blood pressure increases occur only at certain times of the day),
- reaction of changes in blood pressure to stress or load,
- the effectiveness of medicinal products,
- asymptomatic episodes of hypertension that the patient does not feel for themselves.
How is the examination performed?
- During your visit, you are fitted with a blood pressure measurement cuff on your upper arm and connected with a small portable device (attached to your belt).
- The device automatically measures blood pressure at certain intervals throughout 24 hours, day and night.
After the examination, you arrive at the clinic to remove the device.
